All products will be shipped no later than 5 business days after the original purchase unless otherwise stated. If you are making a custom order, please allow 30-35 days for the order to ship. All products are expertly packed to minimize and eliminate any chance of damage to the product in shipping.
All packages shipped from bluewoodencraft have additional insurance up to the total cost of the item(s) in the box. If your product does happen to get damaged, please notify the carrier to open a claim and notify us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
We ship from China,your item may take 2-3 weeks by air or 6-8 weeks by sea to arrive.
